Certain image dimensions may prevent the full surface of the lighter from being fully covered. The image can be sized larger to fill the full surface, but this will result in cropping out the left and right sides of the image. By default, we try to maintain the original proportions. You do have the option of placement, sizing and rotating your image during the configuration process so you can see what it will look like. If you choose to add text to the surface, the text is imprinted onto the surface of the lighter in the same manner your image is imprinted and is not engraved.
