From the manufacturer, Zippo's new lighter insert collection, including the Double Torch Butane Insert, provides a new flame for the classic design. This Double Torch Butane Insert features a soft-touch ignition that allows for quick and easy lighting, and an all-metal construction that provides a perfect fit for any regular-size Zippo insert. The insert comes packaged in a Zippo 'one box,' and its reusable design helps to limit waste.

To use the insert, first, remove it from either the packaging or the lighter case, making sure to flip it into an upside-down position. Then, place the butane fuel nozzle into the filling valve, located at the bottom right-hand side of the insert, and refill it for 6 seconds. After filling, wait an additional two minutes before using the insert.

The Double Torch Butane Insert also features an adjustable flame dial on the end, which allows you to easily control the flame height, providing extra flame height when needed. To adjust the flame, simply flip the insert upside down and use a paper clip or a dime to twist the bolt left or right, with the positive and negative signs indicating a larger or smaller flame.

Compared to the Single Torch Butane Insert, the Double Torch Butane Insert offers 60 lights per fill, while the Single Torch provides 100 lights per fill. The Double Torch also has a recharge time of 1 hour, while the Single Torch does not require recharging. Both inserts have a flame duration of 5 seconds and are adjustable.

The Arc Insert and the Yellow Flame Butane Insert are also available in Zippo's new lighter insert collection. The Arc Insert features a unique arc-shaped flame, while the Yellow Flame Butane Insert provides a classic yellow flame.

All of the Zippo lighter inserts are made with a 50% plastic, 50% zinc construction and are imported. They are designed to fit all classic Zippo lighter cases, but not the Slim, Armor, or 1935 Replica cases.
